AIO (Anchor Initial Offer)

Introduction
Anchor Initial Offerings allow acquiring new tokens using ANCHOR-BNB LP tokens. There are three basic steps of the process:
- The project gets the BNB.
- AnchorSwap burns a certain amount of the ANCHOR tokens.
- You receive new tokens.
To participate you will need ANCHOR-BNB LP tokens.
ANCHOR tokens equating to half of the total funds raised during AIO will be burned forever. It means that as soon as $1,000,000 USD allocation is raised, $500,000 of ANCHOR tokens will be burned.
How to participate in an AIO?
AIOs will be published on https://anchorswap.com/aio . There you can find any information you need.
These are the steps to participate in AIO:
- Buy both ANCHOR and BNB tokens
- Get ANCHOR-BNB LP tokens by adding ANCHOR and BNB liquidity
- During the sale, on https://anchorswap.com/aio pledge your ANCHOR-BNB LP tokens to receive the respective AIO tokens
- When the sale is complete, claim the AIO tokens you have acquired. Your unspent funds will be sent back to you.
- In the case of an oversubscription, you can unstake your remaining ANCHOR-BNB LP tokens.
- If you decide to buy ANCHOR-BNB LP tokens before the AIO starts, you can stake them in the ANCHOR-BNB farm to earn even more ANCHOR tokens while waiting for the AIO.
What about over/undersubscription?
User can subscribe to the AIO as much as they want.
Their final allocation will be based on the amount of funds they pledged as a percentage of all funds committed by other users at the time AIO ends. In case of oversubscription, when the total number of committed funds by all the user exceeds total value of AIO tokens for sale, user will get back any unused funds when they claim their tokens after the sale.
In case of undersubscription, when AIO doesn’t raise all the funds as planned, the sale will proceed as normal and all the funds committed will be spent.

- It is also possible to receive no tokens at all. If user commits a very small number of ANCHOR-BNB LP tokens (compared to the total amount committed by others), your contribution may be too small to qualify for even a small portion of the AIO tokens. In such a case, you will still get back all the ANCHOR-BNB LP tokens you committed.
